The organizing committee for the 2026 International Conference on Social Media & Society is pleased to announce that the #SMSociety conference will be held at Glasgow University in Glasgow, UK on July 13-15, 2026.
For 2026, #SMSociety will continue to be an in-person event. It will be hosted by the Division of Urban Studies and Social Policy, Glasgow University, in collaboration with the Digital Cultures and Economies Research Hub at University of the Arts London and University of East Anglia.
